The easiest way is to use our Get a Quote form on this website, or give us a call directly. For larger or more complex projects, we'll arrange a site visit to assess your requirements properly before quoting.
We typically turn around quotes within 3–5 business days for standard projects, and within 10 days for larger or more complex scopes.
Yes — we quote fixed price wherever possible. We believe in transparent, no-surprise pricing. If something changes on site that affects the scope, we'll issue a Variation Quote and get your approval before proceeding with any additional cost.
Time and materials pricing may apply for maintenance callouts and small works where the scope can't be determined in advance.
For projects with significant material costs, we may require a deposit of up to 30% prior to ordering materials. This will be clearly stated in your Quote. Standard smaller works typically do not require a deposit.
Standard payment terms are 20th of the month following invoice. For larger projects, progress payments may apply in stages. Full details are outlined in our Terms and Conditions and will be specified in your Quote.
Yes. We offer Annual Service Agreements (ASAs) for security and electrical systems, which include scheduled inspections, testing, and priority response for callouts.
Ongoing maintenance contracts give you peace of mind and help extend the life of your systems. Contact us to discuss a plan tailored to your site.
For clients with a service agreement, we aim to respond to urgent callouts within 4 hours during business hours. After-hours emergency response is available for monitored systems and service agreement clients.
For non-contract clients, response times are subject to current workload but we always aim to be on site within 1–2 business days.
All installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months from practical completion. Equipment warranties vary by manufacturer — typically 1–5 years depending on the product.
Full details are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
